Training Resources

ORMDI leads the Department's efforts to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement in collaboration with all of our partners and stakeholders. ORMDI strives to reinforce diversity, inclusion, and engagement in VA in order to build and maintain a diverse workforce, foster and nurture an inclusive workplace, and promote inclusive diversity to deliver the best services to our Nation's Veterans, their families, and beneficiaries. In support of our Mission and Vision, ODI has compiled a list of diversity and inclusion resources relevant for all VA employees. These, and many other learning resources, can be accessed in the Talent Management System (TMS).

In addition to the mandatory and ancillary courses listed below, instructor-led training may be requested by submitting your requirement to the D&I Training Team.
