Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan
In 2008, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion created VA's first Diversity
and Inclusion Strategic Plan. The intent was to develop a leading-edge, living
road map for incorporating diversity and inclusion in VA based on the best practices
in the public and private sectors. One year later, ODI created the first Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report to access VA's progress
in acheiving the goals and objectives set forth in the Strategic Plan.
